The Moral Majority is the right answer.
This is an American political society founded in 1979 to development traditional social values. Although it lasted just 10 years, the Moral Majority helped to establish the religious right as a force in American politics. The organization wound up the religious right and it speedily grew to numerous million members. The Moral Majority’s activities included voter registration, politicization, and fund-raising. Its impact on American politics was nearly direct as it was attributed with helping Ronald Reagan win the presidential election.
