1. high melting point
2. high solubility in water
3. low boiling point
4. very high boiling point

That answer is either 3 or 4, but I truly forgot which of the two.

Answer:

3. low boiling point

Step-by-step explanation:

There are primarily 4 types of intermolecular forces which exists between molecules. In the increasing strength, these forces can be grouped as:

Ionic bond > hydrogen bonds > dipole-dipole > dispersion forces

Hydrogen bond is essentially a bond formed between H-atom and a highly electronegative atom like N, O, F etc. These are strong forces of attraction. Greater the H-bonding greater is the attractive force which will result in molecules having high melting and very high boiling points. It will also increase the polarity of the molecule making it more soluble in water.
