The solution(s) will be when the x and y coordinates are equal so we can say y=y or:

-x^2+x+1=-x+2

x^2-2x+1=0 now factor...

(x-1)^2=0

So the solution occurs when x=1, y(1)=-x+2=-1+2=1, so the solution is the point:

(1,1)
