The difference between red light and blue light is

Amplitude can be thought of as volume so rule that out.

high frequency + short wavelength = red light

low frequency + long wavelength = blue light

Idk if they are trying to be tricky by saying wave speed, but it should be frequency instead. That being said I would choose the more correct answer
