Transform the equations into their slope-intercept form, as shown below


\begin{gathered} 3y=6x-9 \\ \Rightarrow y=2x-3 \\ and \\ -6x+3y=-9 \\ \Rightarrow y=2x-3 \end{gathered}

The slope of both lines is 2 and their y-intercept is -3.

Furthermore, since the equations of both lines are equivalent, the lines are coincident (the same line).

Thus, the answer is coincident.
