If cba represents three numbers multiplied together, what property allows you to rearrange the factors to read abc?

The answer is commutative property.

Commutative property says that no matter the order how you move numbers around, the answer will always be the same.

The Commutative law. It states a * b = b * a.

So, cba is the same as abc.
