following two equations?

6x – 2y = 16

y = 3x – 8

The first step is to put them in y = form

6x - 2y = 16
subtract 6x from both sides
-2y = -6x + 16
divide both sides by -2
y = 3x -8

The second equation is also y = 3x -8.
This means the lines are the same LETTER A
