An average caiman is 8.2 feet long. An average butterfly has a wingspan of 3.7 inches long. How many butterflies could fit along the length of a caimans back side-by-side (rounded to the nearest tenth)?

Two of butterflies, side by side, would be abot 7.4 together. 8.2 - 7.4 = 0.8.
that 0.8 is roughly 1/3 of a butterfly. so 2 full butterflies and 1/3. rounding off, it would just be two butterflies.
