In order to meet the wartime labour shortages that frequently happens during Japan's conquest in the Pacific at the course of the second world war, they decided to bring in ChineseĀ and Korean prisoners to do the job for them. However, the arms of Japan is not enough to counter the overwhelming force of the United States.
