All options give the coordinate as on the fourth circle from the center, so we only need to worry about the angle. On the unit circle, angles are measured counterclockwise from the horizontal axis. But none of the options give
135^\circ degrees counterclockwise, so we must convert to a clockwise measure. There are
360 degrees in a circle, so
135^\circ counterclockwise equals
360^\circ-135^\circ = 225^\circ clockwise, option D.
