well since there are 35 days in five weeks multiply 1/2 by 35

So, there are 7 days in 1 week. That means there are 35 days in 5 weeks(5x7) Next you have to do 35x1/2 which equal 17 1/2 (Seventeen and one half). Hope I helped! :)
