I BELIEVE THAT ALL (96m^3) IS UNDER THE SQUARE ROOT.
If so : 96 could be written as 16x 6 & m³ could be written as m²xm:
7√(96m^3) = 7√(16 x 6 x m² m) =7[4m√(6m)]
=28m√(6m)
