f(x)=x^2-3x-4 find the average rate of change from x=7 to x=10

f(x)=x²-3x-4
For x=7
7²-3*7-4= 49-21-4=24
For x=10
10²-3*10-4=100-30-4=66

Average rate (24+66)/2 = 45
