How did life change for the seminoles in the 1920s

The Seminoles lived in poverty in the everglades. Many of them turned to tourism and marketed their culture and sold their crafts. by 1938 the federal government set aside 80,000 acres of land for them. They were able to write their own constitution and govern their political affairs by popular vote.
