Are you sure there is no bracket in the denominators (n-1)! if not then the answer is:

1) 2n + 12!/2n -1 ===> 2n + (479,001,600)/n -1 or (2n²-n+12!)/n
2) 4n+3!/2n +1! ====>4n +3/n +1
