b = 9.3

Simplify the equation, so it would be -6.2x + b = -6.2x + 9.3
Since you want to find b, isolate b, so b = -6.2x + 6.2x + 9.3
Hey, look the x's cancel each other out, so b = 9.3
Hurray!
