Using the Formula "Mass = Joules divided by Half of V-squared, 500J divided by (0.5x67 squared) = 0.44553353 Kilograms, or 445.53353 grams.

v=67
(0.5x67 squared) = 1,122.25

98% sure this is correct, might have the wrong formula, but there are website for this stuff. Hope I could help! :)

Answer:

mass of object is 0.22kg

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

speed of object = 67m/s

kinetic energy of object = 500J

Mass of object: ?

Using the kinetic formula,

E = mv²/2

where

E = kinetic energy of object

v = speed of object

m = mass of object

substituting into the formula, we have

500 = (m * 67²)/2

Cross multiplying, we have

500 * 2 = 67² * m

simplifying, we have

1000 = 4489m

making m subject formula, we have

m = 1000/4489

m = 0.22kg
