A simple solution to avoiding a poor diet is to

The correct answer is A.

Snacking does not help you avoid a poor diet, even if you are snacking on healthy foods because people tend to fill themselves up on snacks and neglect the other food groups they need. If you are eating larger portions of wholesome food at meals anyway then you are least likely to need additional food during the day. If you are getting everything you need from your meals then you will avoid a poor diet.
