5x+20y=10
20y=10-5x /20
y=-1/4*x+1/2

a1=-1/4
a2=?

a1*a2=-1
-1/4*a2=-1 /(-1/4)
a2=4

y=4x+b

P(8,3)

3=4*8+b
3=32+b
b=-29

y=4x-29
