hello,

this question involves division and the knowledge of multiplication would come in handy here

when we have a number let say 10 is divided by a fraction 1/2

step 1

change the division sign to multiplication

step 2 change the numerator to the denominator and vise versa and the multiply through

\begin{gathered} 10\text{ / }(1)/(2)\text{ }=\text{ 10 }*\text{ }(2)/(1) \\ 10\text{ }*\text{ 2 }=\text{ 20} \\ \end{gathered}

whenever youre faced with a problem of dividing with fractions, just flip the fraction and the multiply

i'll give you another example

divide 1/3 by 1/2

step 1
