We can solve the equation using the formula for electric potential in the electric of a point charge such as shown below:
V = (K*Q)/D
We are given with some values such as:
K = 1.5 x10^3
Q=8.0 C
D=0.05 meters
Solving for V:
V = (8.0 * 1.5x10^3)/0.05
V = 2.4 x 10^ J
