So,lets start.
To find the mean of a data set, add all the values together and divide by the number of values in the set.
Mean :
Sum of all numbers : 10+20+30+40+50+60+70+80+90+100+110+120+130+140+150 = 1,200.
Number of values in the set : 15
Divide the sum by number of values in the set : 1,200/15 = 80.
To find the median place the numbers in ascending order (as it is already in) and then the middle number will be your median.
Median :
10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120,130,140,150.
So as you can see the middle number is 80.Its your median.
To find the mode you need to check the number which is more often repeated in the set than the other.But as you can see here there is no number which is repeated more often than the other everyone is repeated once,so in this case we say that the set of data values has no mode.
To find the the range of the set of data you need to first place the numbers in ascending order (as it is already in) and then find the greatest and the smallest number and subtract them.
Range :
10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120,130,140,150.
Greatest number = 150.
Smallest number = 10.
Subtract = 150-10 = 140.
