Cylinder Volume = π • r² • height
Cylinder Volume = 3.14 * 16^2 * 24
Cylinder Volume = 19,292. cubic meters
My answer is much too big for those choices.

So, I'm guessing that 16 meters is the diameter.
If that's the case, radius = 8 meters and
Cylinder Volume = 3.14 * 8^2 * 24
Cylinder Volume = 3.14 * 64 * 24
Cylinder Volume = 4,823.04 cubic meters
So answer is "c"
