In the preparation stage, people are seriously considering and planning to change a behavior within the next month. Think about something you will like to change about your habits , something that will make your health improve and write down a paragraph describing what would you like to change and how do you think you can change it.

well i think i can change my anger by calming down when i get mad or simple changeing the subject tell a teacher or parent being nice to ever one so there nice to me and if someone is mad at me for no reason then ignore them
