Ok, lets solve this

The lines are y = 4x+5 and y= 4x-2

When we put this into line intercept form i,.e y= mx +b

we see that the slopes are equal, hence both lines are parallel, they have no intersection point, lets try solving for this algebraically,

The intersection point of the two lines occurs when 4x+5 =4x-2

collecting like terms , wee have

4x-4x = -5-2

i.e 0= -7

This clearly is impossible so the lines never intersect, even if drawn till infinity.

If you try sketch the lines, you will see
