15 3/4 or 63/4 also works

Change "9" to
(9)/(1)

Problem becomes:
(9)/(1) ( (7)/(4) )


(9(7))/(1(4))


9(7) = 63


1(4) = 4

=
(63)/(4)

Your answer that you;re looking for :
15(3)/(4)
