Recently, I ate some skittles before my track practice, and then my stomach started hurting and then I kept having gas and it still hurts by the next day. How can I make my stomach stop hurting?

simple fix don't eat skittles before track and take some kind of gas relief I asked my dad cuz he is a doctor and that's what he said so do it at your own risk
