The formula for area is length x width, so 3 as the width and 2 as the length, you multiply those. 3x2= 6 Now if you look to the other corner you have another pair of length and width, 5 as length, 12 as width. 12x5= 60. Now, you add your two results, 60+6, your final answer will be 66.
