How can congress restore a law after the Supreme Court has struck it down?

Constitutionally, there is nothing Congress can do to nullify a US Supreme Court ruling

Congress can restore a law after the Supreme Court has struck it down by holding a Constitutional Convention with all 50 states agreeing to over-rule the Supreme Court.
