(8^ -2)(4^4)(16^ -1)
a^-x=(1/a^x)
(4^4)/((8^2)(16))
"NOTE"
16^1=16
4^4=256
8^2=64
256/((64)(16))=1/4
convert 1/4 to a power of two
(4) is 2
1/4=1/(2^2)
1^2=1
(1/2)^2=(1/4)
1/2 to the power of 2 is the answer
It would look like this
1/2²
