You will most likely pick out a green marble because there are more green marbles than white ones. The probability for the green marbles is 6/11, and that is more than half.

Answer: 6:5

Explanation:

Given: Number of green marbles = 6

i.e. Number of outcomes we want = 6

Number of white marbles = 5

i.e. Number of outcomes we do not want = 5

Now, the odds in favor of picking a green marble is given by :-

\frac{\text{outcomes wanted}}{\text{outcomes do not wanted}}\\\\=(6)/(5)=6:5

Hence, the odds in favor of picking a green marble=6:5
