The answer would be 384 square inches. Area is easy, and so is perimeter. When you have a math problem about area, all you do is MULTIPLY the 2 numbers as I did here: 32 x 12 = 384... When you have a math problem about perimeter, all you do is ADD the 4 numbers as I did here in this example: 4 + 4 + 3 + 3 = 14. Do you understand now? Hope I helped :)
