2. area of triangle=19 x 29=551/2=275.5, area of rectangle=29x10=290
add the totals to get 275.5+290=565.5 or about 566 sq. ft.
3. area of triangle=18 x 24=432/2=216, area of rectangle=30 x 18=540
add the totals to get 216+540=756 sq. ft.

The first figure is 565.5 ft square and the second one is 486 ft square. Rounded to the nearest tenth, your answers would be 566 and 486
