The points presented by the author prevented a potential war, thus allowed the Nazi to have a peaceful rise. Two main reasons for the support to the logical appeasement were: to prevent the USSR in dominating the world and to raise the Nazi into power constitutionally.

The correct answer is the following.

The reasons the author used to explain why appeasement was 1) the logical policy at the time are that it was the German people that put Adolph Hitler into power. That being the case, the Germans were the only ones to remove him. 2)The other reason was that if Germany lost, then Russia would get more power over a big portion of Russia. The author also considered that Hitler had not been stopped before 1939 because Hiter had not done anything of considerable importance to worry the other nation’s leaders or that was dangerous for the stability of the region or to be of risk and could generate a war.
