The median is 6. What you do is list all the numbers in order and cross one on each side out until your left with one.

Answer: 6


Explanation:

To find the median in any dot plot we just cancel dots of same number from both sides of the dot plot.

The median value is the remaining dot in the dot plot.

If we left with 2 dots then we add the values of the dots and divide it by 2.

In the given dot plot if we cancel 4 dots from both of the sides of the dot plot, we will left with dots at 6 .

Thus, the median value of the dot plot=6.
