The answer to this question is Y=1 and X=1

4(3x-5y=-2)
-3(4x-7y=-3)
__________
y=1

now you can just plug in that value of y in either original equation to solve for x

3x-5=-2

3x=3

x=1

So the solution is the point (1,1)
