I believe it is 1/3, but probability is not my strong suit.

Probability of 1st chocolate = 15/30 = 1/2
Probability of 2nd after picking chocolate = 14/29

Multiply the 2 probabilities together
1/2 * 14/29 = 14/58 = 7/29
