j-5=3(s-5)
j-5=3s-15
j=3s-10...
j+14=s+14+34
j+14=s+48
j=s+34 and from earlier j=3s-10 and since j=j
3s-10=s+34
2s=44
s=22 and since j=s+34
j=56
So Shawn is 22 and Jerry is 56
