C! Restating what you're hearing.
Basically it's a great method to use during job interviews, and it truly does show that you're taking the initiative to try and learn and understand. It also helps if you're unsure of what you're hearing / what you heard and it shows them that you're eager to learn and do things properly!
I hope all is well and you pass! (: Good luck, rockstar! (:

Answer:

The correct answer would be option C.

Explanation:

Empathy is the ability to understand and share the same feeling or emotion that another person feeling. To understand what another person is feeling and response, in the same manner, is very important to show or express.

An individual can understand exactly what other person saying by restating what he hearing. It helps to understand what feeling is the person having and that help you to respond in the same excitement or feeling.

Thus, the correct answer is option C.
