The answer is 1000 ohms

There are four color bands in this resistor; brown, black, red, and silver. The first two colors represent the band value. Color number 3 represents the multiplier and the last color represents the tolerance percentage.

Brown means 1; Black means 0; Red means 100

Therefore, the first two bands will translate into 1 and 0. The third band has a multiplier value of 100 and the 4th band has a 10% tolerance.

= 10 × 100 = 1000 ohms with a 10% tolerance.
