Question

Hi. So my friend got tricked into a pot brownie at a party. And someone told on her and everyone is saying she won't get in trouble because she wasn't on school grounds. Is that true I'm in California if that does anything to the situation. Plz help I just really want to know to tell my friends I told you so ;)

She wouldn't technically get in trouble through the school. Because, like you said it wasn't on school grounds, however, that does not get your friend, and whoever tricked her out of trouble in the eyes of the law. Anyone involved could possibly receive some sort of punishment legally.
