Answer:

-64

Explanation:

h(x) =(1)/(2)x^4 - 3x^3

Now we need to find out h(4)

to find h(4), we plug in 4 for x

Replace all x by 4 in h(x) and evaluate h(4)

h(x) =(1)/(2)x^4 - 3x^3

h(4) =(1)/(2)(4)^4 - 3(4)^3

h(4) =128- 192=-64

So the value of f(4)= -64
