The change in the momentum is basically the impulse. The impulse is given by:

\Delta m=I=F\cdot\Delta t

Where:

\begin{gathered} F=24N \\ \Delta t=0.8s \\ Therefore: \\ I=24\cdot0.8=19.2\cdot kg(m)/(s) \end{gathered}

Answer:

D. 19.2 kg m/s
