In Physics, when we measure a specifig magnitude, we need a reference point to compare with. If you wan't to know your position, you have to related to some reference point, otherwise, you won't be able to do it. All this means that motion (movement) is the change of your position in reation to a fixed point, a reference point.

Therefore, the answer is C.
