27.3375% Is already a percentage..percents are parts of 100..but if your asking actually asking for a "FRACTION" write it as a fraction over 100 like this:
You 1st write it as 27.3375/100 then "move the decimal point" by multiplying top and bottom by 10000.
So the Answer in this Case would be 27.3375/100...or in OTHER cases:
273.375/1000
2733.75/10000
27337.5/100000
273375/1000000
