Why do so many errors occur in the writing process?

a. the mind tends to see what we intended to write
b. the mind works faster than our typing or writing hands
c. the task includes many different tasks and skills at once
d. all of the above

I know I am a victim of doing the first because I leave out words that I thought I put and I left them out.
I can see the second because you are thinking of what u wanna type next and might forget something
The third is reasonable because the task may be asking for multiple things and you may forget a key part

I am pretty sure that it is all of the above because
a. if you have someone reread what you have written you will then see many mistakes that you did not see on your own. When you read what you have written you will just see what was intended to be written.
B. You have many ideas and things to write so you try to write faster to keep up with your mind and ideas.
C. You have to think and write and enter different parts of your brain to write.

These are my conclusions.Hope that they help.
