Slope intercept form is: y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept...

8x+4y=48 subtract 8x from both sides

4y=-8x+48 divide both sides by 4

y=-2x+12

The slope is -2 and the y-intercept is 12.

slope intercept form y = mx + b
so 8x+4y=48
4y = -8x + 48
y = -2x + 12

answer
