1.Yes its a regular polygon because all of the angles is equal that how it satisfy the criteria for a regular polygon .
2. the measurement of each interior angle is 108 because all 5 angles equal 540 so since there are 5 angles,you will divide 540 by 5 which equals 180
3. 24 x 6 = 144 so thats your answer.
