Answer: Free public education and the right to vote.

The Young Turks was a Turkish nationalist party made up of Ottoman exiles, civil servants and army officers. Their main goals was to replace the Ottoman Empire's monarchy with a constitutional government. They were central to the establishment of the Second Constitutional Era in 1908.

The Young Turks believed in a society in which religion did not play an important role. They also admired positivism and encouraged Turkish nationalism.
