1) Let's start by locating each point of the vertex

K (-4,-6) L (-6,-4) M(-4,-2)

2) Since the Dilation point is not at the origin, we're going to make a scheme. We're going to count from the center of Dilation P(2,-2) to each vertex

3) Then the coordinates with a scale factor k= 1/2 of that image:

Pre-image:

K (-4,-6) L (-6,-4) M(-4,-2)

Image:

K' (-1, -4) L' (-2,-3) M'(-1,-2)
